The Montgomery County Womenís Fair
(MCWF) collects information on fair participants, attendees,
and other interested parties who contact us. This information
is collected through both mail-in and online registration
forms, feedback forms, and email sent to us through
our web site's 'Contact Us' link. We may ask for your
name, address, phone number, email address, or other
information as required.
How we use the information we collect:The information we gather may be used to contact you in reference to the service or event in which you have expressed an interest or to respond to a request. It is also used in aggregate to improve the services we offer you and to help us tailor communications so you receive more of what you want from us and less of what you don't want.What information we do not share with others:The Montgomery Women's Fair does not share, sell, or trade names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, information collected as part of a survey or specific details about you or your household. If you use our online registration forms, your credit card information is collected by our third party agent, PayPal,through a secure link maintained by Verisign. We require the security code on the back of your card in order to protect your.
